1. Members need to provide details during reservation failure which can lead to the exclusion from premium benefits.
2. The upgrade benefits of accommodation for personal use are limited to single-room.
3. The offers are valid for double occupancy in each room. Extra members will be charged as per the hotel's standard policy and applicable rates.
4. The offer and price are subject to the availability and rate of the rooms.
5. Reservation of more than 5 rooms on a consecutive day will be considered a group booking and will be charged according to hotel standard policy and applicable rates.
6. Reservations made through third-party websites will not be eligible for membership benefits.
7. In case of not appearing on the reservation day the hotel has the right to charge the applicable room rate and charges on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
8. Additional GST is applicable on all the deals.
9. All reservations must be made with valid credit cards and pre-payment options.
10. The membership points cannot be purchased or bought unless specified. However, the points can be exchanged among the membership accounts.
11. Terms and conditions of the membership program may be at the discretion of Gulmohar Royals from time to time.
12. All the decisions made by Gulmohar Royals shall be final and are bound to be followed by the members.
